At present,the mine-used compressed oxygen self-rescuer has problems such as cumbersome operation steps and poor user experience,such as low reliability.The humanized design concept,as a key design concept to improve the user experience level of products,has become the consensus of design research.To this end,the thesis takes the mine-used compressed oxygen self-rescuer as the research object,and based on the humanized design concept,launches the research and practice of the humanized design method.The research content mainly includes:First of all,it investigated the technological innovation and key technology development of self-rescuer,analyzed typical products,and pointed out that the current design of self-rescuer lacks the guidance of humanized design concept;then,it interpreted the relevant domestic and foreign literature of humanized design concept and put forward " The humanized design method of "behavior-cognition-emotion"hierarchical structure and applied this method to the improved design of mine compressed oxygen self-rescuer;secondly,starting from the functionality,ease of use,and portability,the analysis of mine compression The oxygen generation system,filtration system,respiratory system,wearable system,auxiliary system and other working principles of the oxygen self-rescuer;again,in the design practice,user interviews were conducted for target users,and improvements were discovered from the perspectives of people,products,and the environment Compressed oxygen selfrescuer is a humanized design opportunity;finally,a new design of compressed oxygen self-rescuer is proposed,and the time measurement evaluation method is used to verify the improvement of the humanized design of the program.The evaluation data shows that the older compressed oxygen self-rescuer,based on the "behavior-cognitionemotion" humanized design method,has significantly improved its functionality,portability,and ease of use.
