Capital is the blood of the enterprise,throughout the course of enterprise operation and development,enterprise's ability to control money decides the soundness of its roots so,enterprise capital of the size of capital control coordination ability of high and low are the key factors influencing the modern enterprise comprehensive strength summary comparison of advanced enterprises at home and abroad development history,the centralized fund management is a common choice of enterprise development to mature stage money management scheme Centralized management of funds,on the one hand,can maximize the use of the value of funds,on the other hand,can also effectively reduce the cost of capital,so that enterprises can not only ensure the flow of funds but also give consideration to benefits.This paper intends to study the centralized capital management mode of Ansteel Group,on the one hand,to let more enterprise groups know the benefits of centralized capital management,understand the operation process of centralized capital management,so as to select the centralized capital management mode suitable for their own development based on the situation of their own enterprises.On the other hand,this paper expounds the problems existing in the centralized management of funds of Ansteel Group,analyzes the causes of the problems in reverse,and further puts forward reasonable suggestions.This paper mainly adopts the research method of combining literature research and case study.Through reviewing the theoretical basis of enterprise group capital centralized management,this paper expounds five main modes of enterprise group capital centralized management.Taking the main content of enterprise capital centralized management as the main line,this paper describes the current situation of the capital centralized management of Ansteel Group,analyzes the main problems and reasons for its implementation,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.Based on centralized fund management as the research object,by case study of Ansteel Group,from two aspects of theory analysis and example of Ansteel Group capital centralized management problems are discussed in this paper.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is introduction,narrates the paper based on the research background and research significance,and through summarizing the domestic and foreign experts and scholars in the field of centralized fund managementresearch,form the framework in this paper;The second chapter expounded respectively the concept of enterprise group funds centralized management characteristics of strategic goal main mode basic content and theoretical basis;For the third chapter introduced in this paper,the case study of Ansteel Group,introduces the basic situation;The fourth chapter expounds the five main problems existing in the process of implementing the centralized management of funds of Ansteel Group and analyzes the causes;The fifth chapter proposes solutions to the problems existing in the centralized management of funds of Ansteel Group.Based on the discussion on the centralized management of funds of Ansteel Group,this paper draws the following conclusions: First,it is in line with the strategic development objectives of Ansteel Group to choose the centralized management mode of finance company;Secondly,when Ansteel Group implementing the centralized fund management is still capital fund supervision low concentration in investment and financing ability weak budget system is not sound risk identification system is imperfect,the cause of these problems lies in unsolved contradictions related stakeholders imperfect supervision mechanism in low level of investment and financing ability broad risk prevention and control mechanism of capital budget management system is not sound and so on;Finally,this paper proposes solutions to the above problems,and believes that the centralized capital management of Ansteel Group can be improved from the aspects of coordinating the relationship between relevant stakeholders,establishing a regular supervision mechanism,improving the business quality of the financial company,perfecting the fund budget management system,and perfecting the group's overall risk control mechanism.
