Nowadays,with the rapid development of various industries in our country,the ensuing environmental and economic issues have become more and more complex.In order to ensure the sustainable development of the industry,relevant departments will adopt more scientific methods when formulating new policies and solving related problems.Rigorous methods,among which the evaluation system based on spatial elements is the most common one.Based on the common points of multiple evaluation systems,this article is dedicated to developing an evaluation system that can be used in multiple industries.First,through the analysis and comparison of the evaluation systems of four different industries: mine environmental evaluation system,landslide hazard evaluation,land suitability evaluation,and tourism risk evaluation,it focuses on the analysis of the determination method of the evaluation unit,the construction and evaluation of the evaluation factor system of each evaluation system.Method model.Then the analysis results are designed and developed for each module of the software,and finally the mine environmental assessment and land suitability assessment are experimentally demonstrated.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The method of determining the evaluation unit by analyzing each evaluation system,most of the evaluation systems mainly use the grid method,the mean method and the overlay method.In the grid method,the scale of the grid has a great influence on the evaluation results,and there are many researches on the grid scale.The methods to summarize and determine the evaluation scale mainly include the custom method,the scale method,the percentage method and the index method.(2)The construction of the evaluation factor system is mainly for the quantification and selection of evaluation factors.By analyzing the quantitative process of evaluation factors in various industries and combining database technology,the quantitative analysis process of factors is summarized,six commonly used factor quantification methods are summarized,and a factor quantification library is established to quantitatively analyze each factor.(3)Analyze the evaluation methods commonly used in various industries,and finally select the commonly used analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy mathematics,BP neural network and support vector machine.These four evaluation methods are used in this paper.The combination of C# and Arc Engine is used to develop the appropriateness based on spatial elements.Sexual evaluation system.This paper selects the reference mine evaluation system and land suitability evaluation system for demonstration.According to the reference evaluation system,the evaluation unit selection,evaluation factor system construction and evaluation method calculation are carried out,and the results of the four evaluation methods are compared and analyzed.Through case demonstration,the various functions of the system are demonstrated in detail.
