Along with the science and technology progressing, the rapid development of thedomestic punch press toward high-speed,high precision,stamping system andautomation call for higher reliability of punch press. At the same time, with thedeepening of specialized degree, the enterprise focus on their own core technologywhich results in higher proportion of purchased parts in the overall punch parts. Onaccount of the characteristic that purchased parts affecting the reliability of the punchmachine significantly, the status of purchased parts reliability for punch press isanalyzed, and then the reliability analysis and research of control technology on keyaspects of purchased parts for punch press is conducted specifically,the achivement is ofgreat significance to guarantee the reliability of punch press products. Meanwhile, theresearch results of this paper have a certain reference significance for reliability analysisand control of other complex mechanical and electrical products. The main contents ofthe paper is as follows:Firstly, the influence of purchased parts on punch machine reliability is analyzed;on the basis of a large number of fault repair data, key purchased parts of punch pressare analyzed with the fault tree analysis (FTA) method, and measures forimprovement are put forward; through to the many sets of test model field tracing anddata collection, sectional model involving two weibull distributions of purchased partsin punch press is established with the purchased parts being considered as a whole, andthe calculation and test on demarcation point is implemented; according to thedetermined demarcation point,the fault data of punch purchased parts in the earlier andrandom period is analyzed respectively with FMEA,and raise the reliability control keytechnologies of purchased parts for punch press.Secondly, the flow and scheme of reliability acceptance of punch purchased partsis made, and the scheme of reliability acceptance testing to the serie of key purchasedparts of punch press is made, meanwhile the paper explains application of the reliabilityacceptance check list of punch purchased parts; according to the definition andcharacteristics of inventory reliability, influence factors and control meatures ofinventory reliability are researched,and inventory reliability indexes of punch purchasedparts are predicted by using BP neural network method.Next, the formulating method of assembly process scheme and check list of punch purchased parts is researched by dicussing with the example, and the reliability drivencontrol method of assembly scene cleanliness is proposed; purchased parts reliabilityof punch press in the running period is managed by making the check list of periodicalmaintenance; mechanism about collection,analysis and feedback of fault information ofpunch purchased parts is put forward.Finally, evaluation and control technologies of the supplier reliability capacity ofpunch purchased parts are researched. The paper briefly introduces the evaluation of thesupplier reliability capacity and establishes evaluation index system of supplierreliability capacity; analyzes the evaluation method of the supplier reliability capacitybased on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP), and continuous control measures ofthe supplier are made; punch purchased parts supplier reliability evaluation andmanagement system,the system is developed and introduced briefly.
