Risk management is a very important part of information integration project management.Information system integration is complex,involving data,interface,software,hardware,business processes and other links,which is difficult and difficult.As a result,many enterprises fail to achieve the expected goal or even fail in the construction of information integration projects.Therefore,we must pay full attention to the risks in the process of project construction and do a good job in project risk management.This paper takes CC cigarette factory information integration project construction as an example,combines domestic and foreign research theories,carries out risk management in the project construction process from the perspective of the construction party,Fully identify the risks of the project,and through the construction of a multi-objective risk model,quantitatively analyze the impact of risks on the project objectives,realize the overall risk evaluation and quantification of the project,and propose specific risk management countermeasures.The main contents are as follows:The paper divides the project risk identification into five dimensions:time,organization,logic,knowledge and environment by applying the multi-dimensional project risk management theory,and puts forward the specific identification methods of each dimension.Multi dimension risk identification method is helpful to the full risk identification of information integration projects.By using multi-objective decision-making theory and fuzzy mathematical analysis method,the comprehensive influence of risk points on project objectives is studied by constructing fuzzy evaluation matrix.The risk quantitative analysis of inconsistent evaluation dimensions and inaccuracy of probability influence is completed,and the overall evaluation method of project risk is given.The research results are helpful to analyze the impact of risk from the overall goal of the project,and provide ideas for project risk management decision-making.This paper proposes a multi-dimensional risk identification method,and applies the fuzzy decision-making method to the risk quantitative analysis,which solves the problems of insufficient risk identification and the risk quantitative analysis that the impact and probability are difficult to accurately measure,completes the overall evaluation of project risk,and puts forward the overall strategy of risk management.It not only has a clear guiding significance for the case handling,but also can be generally applied to the information system integration project,which provides a solution for the risk management of such projects.
