With the increasing difficulty of oil well exploitation,the demand for oil well exploitation equipment is becoming more and more professional.In the process of oil well production,due to the use of different equipment,the stability of carbon fiber sucker rod truck will be affected,which may pose a threat to production safety in serious cases.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the layout scheme of on-board equipment and vehicle stability of carbon fiber sucker rod truck.This article based on the existing various types of sucker rod,the working principle of vehicle,vehicle equipment layout plan and the layout scheme of the analysis of the vehicle stability,finally selected chassis for on-board equipment of some factory work platform,the selected on-board equipment layout scheme of optimization design,and through the simulation test and theoretical analysis,The vehicle stability of the selected on-board equipment under different working conditions is analyzed.First of all,using the modular theory,through the chassis car and the power transmission installation position of the power transfer box modular design,frame hole standardized modular design,pipeline layout and the modular design of the installation position of vehicle-mounted equipment,the use of three-dimensional drawing software Solid Works to draw the vehicle vehicle equipment layout diagram.Secondly,the model of the working vehicle is simplified,and the parameterized simulation model of the vehicle is assembled by modifying the coordinates of the hard points of the structure in each template file,the transmission ratio of the transmission system and the attribute files of different structures.At the same time,on the basis of the model parameter adjustment,ADAMS is used to complete the steady rotation test,steering wheel Angle step input test and steering wheel Angle pulse test,and the national standard test theory is used to analyze the simulation curve,so as to verify the operation stability of the vehicle.Finally,the overturning stability of the vehicle under different working conditions is analyzed by using the moment method and theoretical calculation,so as to obtain the influence of the distance between the on-board equipment and the overturning line on the overturning stability of the vehicle,so as to change its size to improve the stability of the vehicle.According to the layout scheme of vehicle-mounted equipment,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the layout of vehicle-mounted equipment with the optimization theory as the optimization goal.Through the analysis of optimization results,it is concluded that the total center of gravity of the vehicle-mounted equipment becomes(0.1712,1668),which greatly improves the convenience and handling stability of the working vehicle,and makes its safety obviously improved.
