The rapid development of pipeline construction brings opportunities to the development of pipeline construction equipment.In the pipeline construction,the quality of the welding is directly related to the efficiency of the pipeline construction and the safety of the pipeline transportation of oil and gas.As an indispensable construction machinery for pipeline welding,wetland welding engineering vehicle is an important construction machinery to improve pipeline construction efficiency,reduce construction cost and improve construction adaptability.In order to meet the needs of pipeline construction workers and further expand the application scope of wetland welding engineering vehicles,a wetland welding engineering vehicle has been developed jointly with a pipeline machinery and equipment coMPany.First of all,according to the product design process,the objectives and requirements of the product development are determined.Based on the relevant standards,the rationality of the structural layout of the wetland welding vehicle is preliminarily designed and analyzed.In order to meet the technical requirements of the wetland welding engineering vehicle,the relevant working parts of the wetland welding engineering vehicle were selected,including engine,electric welding machine,generator,hydraulic motor,truck mounted crane and so on.And the explanation is made.Secondly,proceed from the dynamic performance of the wetland welding engineering vehicle,the main components of the selected transmission system are checked and studied to meet the requirements of traction performance.Based on the safety of the whole vehicle,the safety performance of the wetland welding engineering vehicle under different working conditions is checked and studied.And according to the calculation results,the ultimate dynamic performance and ultimate safety performance of the vehicle are evaluated and predicted,which provides the basis for the further improvement and final finalizing of the vehicle.Finally,a 3D model of the chassis for the wetland welding engineering vehicle is built,and introducing the model into Hypermesh,the finite element model is established,and under four conditions of the wetland welding engineering vehicle chassis frame,frame,platform frame,deceleration frame,beam,etc on the strength,stiffness and modal analysis,the research and further analysis of the frame is optimized The analysis results show that the developed wetland welding engineering car fully meets the design requirements.
