There will be wax deposit on pipe wall after the waxy crude pipeline running for a periodof time. When wax layer accumulated to a certain amount, it has a great impact on the cost ofoil and throughput, so we take measures to clear tube for reducing operation cost of thepipeline or increasing the throughput of the pipeline. Based on “people-oriented” designconcept, this article combines the development trend of pipeline paraffin removal vehicle, andtakes the pipeline paraffin removal vehicle operation space for ergonomics analysis andoptimization of the design to achieve the reliability operation, high efficiency and safety.Based on GB10000-1988, this paper uses VB language to establish Chinese mainlandadult male human model, applies CATIA for establish3D model of ZYT5160TXL20paraffinvehicle type pipeline, imports human model which has built; Afterward combined with theexisting pipeline paraffin removal vehicle of operation space quality, work characteristics andsite conditions, according to field of vision and size of operation, we integrate the function ofcab, and carry on optimum design about the display device, control device and operation panel,then take the working space design of accessible range, vision, volume space for computeraided3D analysis, and evaluate comfort of operational posture and exercise stress.Ergonomics analysis and research of the pipeline paraffin removal vehicle is the firstattempt at home in the field, it will largely change backward operation mode of paraffinremoval vehicle, which is important to promote self-dependent innovation and core-competitiveness of petroleum special vehicle.
