As the urbanization level in China continues to increase,people’s demands for urban sanitation environment have also increased,resulting in a continuous rise in sanitation demands.However,due to the constant increase in labor costs and the low efficiency of manual cleaning,the cleaning of urban roads has shifted from traditional manual cleaning to high-efficiency mechanical operations.Therefore,the importance of sanitation vehicles in urban construction is increasingly prominent.In addition,with the deepening reform of the government’s public service outsourcing in China,the customer group of sanitation vehicles is changing from the government to property companies,and the functional requirements of sanitation vehicles are also shifting from simple cleaning operations to providing a package solution related to sanitation operation and maintenance,government supervision,and vehicle management.The technological optimization of sanitation vehicles must inevitably move toward intelligence and informatization.This paper designs an intelligent operation and maintenance software system for sanitation vehicles to meet the various operational and maintenance needs of sanitation enterprises in the sanitation operation and maintenance.Firstly,based on the research background,a requirement analysis of the system was conducted to propose the architecture design of the intelligent operation and maintenance system for sanitation vehicles.Furthermore,based on the system requirements and architecture design,the design of real-time data processing module based on Kafka and Storm,composite database design,and operation and maintenance business function module design were proposed.Secondly,to address the issue of urban sanitation vehicle scheduling and reduce the overall cost,this paper proposes a solution based on an improved saving algorithm.By setting multiple constraints on the actual operation of sanitation vehicles,the sanitation vehicle scheduling problem is transformed into an arc path problem with multiple constraints.On this basis,an operation and maintenance vehicle scheduling model with the objective function of minimizing the operating cost of vehicles is constructed,and the model is solved by using the improved saving algorithm.An experiment is conducted using actual sanitation data from a certain region,and the results show that the use of this scheduling solution can significantly improve operational efficiency and greatly reduce the cost of sanitation services while achieving task balance.Finally,functional and performance tests were conducted on modules such as real-time monitoring,historical trajectory playback,data statistics,vehicle management,and performance statistics.In order to verify the effectiveness of the scheduling algorithm,practical application was carried out on relevant road networks in the area,and the results showed that the system effectively improved the efficiency and effectiveness of sanitation operations and met the various operational and maintenance needs of sanitation enterprises in the sanitation operation and maintenance.
