Performance Evaluation Of TISCO Based On Harvard Analysis Framework

China's economic development presents a new trend,and the economic development has stepped into the stage of medium and high-speed growth.As the troika driving China's economic growth is not strong enough,China's economic structure needs to be adjusted,.This requires us to eliminate backward production capacity and develop new economic growth points.Steel industry provides raw materials for many industries,which plays a very important role in the whole national economy.Steel industry reform is the key to supply side structural reform in China.At present,China's iron and steel industry is in the stage of both opportunities and crises.In this economic situation,if an enterprise wants to survive and develop,it can reasonably allocate financial resources according to the results of performance evaluation,and purposefully plan and implement financial strategies suitable for its current situation according to the internal and external environment and conditions.Based on the Harvard Analysis Framework and based on the financial statement data of TISCO group from 2013 to 2018,this paper analyzes the external environment,industrial environment,market opportunities and challenges of TISCO group as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise itself from a strategic point of view;and divides the accounting policies of TISCO group from an accounting point of view,such as inventory,fixed assets,accounts receivable and other important assets From the financial point of view,using ratio,comparison and other analysis methods to analyze the financial situation of enterprises in detail.Based on the results of the above analysis,we have a clear understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of TISCO group,which provides a reference for future operation and management;when evaluating enterprise performance,we use DuPont analysis to measure the financial performance of TISCO group;from the perspective of prospect,we predict the development prospect of TISCO group,and put forward suggestions for improvement based on strategy and finance,so as to help TISCO group better Development.
