| Aiming at the quality control problem of "Golden Leaf’ brand tobacco flavor,a chromatographic fingerprint quality control method for the exclusive brand of"Golden Leaf’ cigarette flavor was established.The quality control method of tobacco flavor chromatographic fingerprint is simple,rapid and effective,which makes up for the deficiency of conventional physical and chemical quality control methods.(1)Combined with the characteristics of tobacco flavor,the general gas chromatography and liquid chromatography were selected for analysis and research.A variety of sample pretreatment methods were compared by gas chromatography.One-step balanced extraction method was selected for pretreatment,and the extraction solvent was compared.It was simple and convenient with good reproducibility.Finally,the precision test of the method was carried out.The average coefficient of variation of the gas chromatographic peak analysis of the flavor liquid was below 2%,the coefficient of variation of 97.13%chromatographic peak was below 5%,and the chromatographic peak of 1.7%was between 6%and 10%.The method has a good precision for the detection of flavors of different formulations.The liquid chromatography selected the quantitative method,optimized the mobile phase,detection wavelength and other parameters,and finally the precision experiment,the results showed that the average value of the chromatographic peak variation coefficient of flavor and fragrance was below 7%,the chromatographic peak variation coefficient of 77.78%was below 5%,and the chromatographic peak of 15.56%was between 6%and 10%.The results showed that the method had good precision for the analysis of different flavors.Finally,it has been proved that the subject has established a universal,sensitive,stable and reliable analysis method of tobacco flavor and flavor,which can handle dozens of flavor samples in batches in a short time.The accuracy of the method is less than 10%and the sensitivity is high.The analytical method is suitable for the quality control of flavor chromatographic fingerprint of Henan China Tobacco "Golden Leaf" cigarette.(2)Compared with conventional test and smell test,the stoichiometry method was optimized and screened,and the included Angle cosine method was finally determined to monitor the tobacco flavor and fragrance.By modifying the method of included Angle cosine,the chromatographic peaks of tobacco flavors were divided into large peaks(high content components)and small peaks(low content components),and the quality changes of tobacco flavors and spices were characterized by calculating the deviation of large peaks and cosine of included Angle of small peaks respectively.The results show that the total qualified rate of the sample is more than 83%when the threshold of the included Angle cosine of the low content component is set to more than 0.95.When the included Angle cosine threshold is set to greater than 0.90,the total qualified rate of the sample is close to 98%.According to the change rate statistics of high-content components,when the change threshold of high-content components is set as less than or equal to 20%,the total qualified rate of samples reaches 78%;when the change threshold of high-content components is set as less than or equal to 30%,the total qualified rate of samples reaches 86%.It has a stronger correlation with the chemical composition of flavors and is more sensitive than the conventional physical and chemical indexes.The subject investigated the batch change and placement change of flavor samples,obtained the batch change and placement change data of flavor samples,and put forward the standard for the internal control of flavor quality. |
