Gas well pressure operation technology is in the initial stage in our country,and the field application of the operation equipment mainly relies on the introduction of foreign equipment.Because of risk of with large pressure operation,blowout,natural gas leakage and other accidents and poor operating conditions,requirements for safety and reliability of equipment are high.In order to meet safety requirements solve the snubbing operation of the pipe and handle special complex condition,a slip device for snubbing operation of closed shackle is in great need.This paper,based on the study of the application of gas well pressure technology and investigation on the oil tube column shackle tool structure,analyses the structure character of shackle tool,according to the process of gas well pressure operation pipe column,a novel sealed shackle device has been designed.Shackle slip seal device is one of the important auxiliary equipment operation device of pressure gas well,the application of the device ensures the gas well pressure operation more secure,reliable and efficient.First of all,this paper introduces the basic structure of the closed shackle slip system,detailed analyzing the work principle and the basic structure of the composition of the shackle slip seal device.The main clamping mechanism is analyzed and calculated with the 3D solid model of the whole device created by SolidWorks software.Secondly,by using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench software in SolidWorks to create a model,we have conducted statics analysis on key components of the sealed shackle slip device,obtaining deformation and stress distribution and verifying whether restructure components and materials meet the strength and safety requirements.Thus,this article provides a reference to the improvement of slip shackle in the future.Again,we have conducted the shackle simulation experiment on the main clamp clamping mechanism of multi-body dynamics by using software ADAMS.Based on the theory of kinematics and dynamics,we have established the dynamics model of the main clamp shackles mechanism,obtaining displacement,velocity and acceleration equations of the main pliers head.Through the shackle simulation experiment of main clamping mechanism and a single main clamp clamping mechanism,dynamic performance parameters of the curve of the shackle of these two institutions are obtained.Rationality and applicability of the simulation is verified by the uniformities of the experiment with the simulation.Finally,Shackle slip seal device is one of the important auxiliary equipment operationdevices of pressure gas well while the operation condition is complex and changeable,so that the research is not mature.The research can provide a theoretical reference and structure design of shackle device for snubbing operation of gas well.
