Well control device is an important equipment for the pressure control in oil and gas wells, and can prevent,detect and control the accidents in advance, and it is the reliable guarantee for the safety of drilling.The blowout preventer is a core component of well control equipment, the bearing pressure performance is reliable or not directly related to the safety of personnel and production equipment. The sealing test of water pressure, is the most reliable method for the determination of preventer pressure performance. So in the BOP inspection or on-site installation, open reservoir before the required pressure on BOP sealing test.At present, the pressure test mainly depends on the pneumatic booster pump, electric booster pump to pressurize the BOP, This way can only meet the basic requirements of several supercharging pressure test of BOP, but there are some defects, can not meet the modern well control device of pressure test in fast and efficient, accurate and stable, automatic control and safety environmental requirements.The rapid development of anti pressure spray device is proposed in this paper, the 70 MPa level to solve these problems has achieved good results in practical application. The device has small volume, rapid pressurization, high safety factor, can realize the automatic pressure and pressure test control, automatic control system of hydraulic system and PC software integration, greatly improving the scene of various working device adaptation and application ability.Since the implementation of the project has applied to the well control equipment laboratory pressure test, field pressure testing, simple and convenient operation, stable operation, high degree of visualization, pressure testing process safety and high efficiency and achieved certain safety and economic benefit.
