| Due to various types of powder,constantly updated powder-related processes,and complicated risk of dust explosion,the safety situation of dust explosion prevention is still not optimistic.Therefore,risk assessment of industrial dust explosion risk is of great significance for dust explosion prevention supervision.In this paper,combined with the beneficial results of some radar maps applied in other fields,an improved method of dust explosion risk radar map is proposed,which is systematically applied to the comprehensive evaluation of industrial dust explosion risk,and a semi-quantitative multi-dimensional graphic evaluation method is established for the risk management and control process of industrial dust explosion,and at the same time,the risk level is divided to make the risk control process better through the evaluation results.The main research contents are as follows:Cite Space software is used to sort out the existing evaluation objects and methods of dust explosion risk evaluation,analyze the dust explosion conditions and risk management and control process,and on this basis,build the dust explosion risk evaluation index system and compile the evaluation scale.Comprehensive application of interval analytic hierarchy process,optimal transfer matrix method,entropy weight method and cooperative game method to combine and weight the evaluation indexes provides the basis for establishing the risk evaluation model of dust explosion.The index weight set is transformed into the included angle of each index axis,and the average area of dust explosion risk radar map is extracted as the characteristic quantity of evaluation.At the same time,the ratio of the average circumference of radar map to the circumference of the same area is defined as the short board coefficient,and the characteristic quantity is modified,then the comprehensive evaluation method of industrial dust explosion risk is established,and the drawing process of dust explosion risk radar map is determined.Based on the optimal segmentation and classification algorithm,the risk classification standard is calculated.Combined with the improved ALARP principle,the risk classification management and control principle is proposed.A comprehensive evaluation system of industrial dust explosion risk is designed and developed,which can evaluate a large number of enterprises at the same time,automatically divide the risk levels according to the evaluation results,and generate dust explosion risk radar chart and risk statistical chart,so as to simplify the evaluation work,facilitate the rapid self-evaluation of enterprises and assist the government in regulatory decision-making. |
