In recent years,accidents have occurred frequently in confined spaces,which are characterized by serious consequences and difficult rescue operations,posing a great threat to various industries.Therefore,the research on risk assessment methods for confined space operations is of significant and urgent importance.In this paper,the entropy weight method(EWM)-interval analytic hierarchy process(IAHP)combined weighting method is used to score the confined space operation evaluation model,and the evaluation result is used as a sample for training the RBF neural network.Based on this,a confined space operation risk assessment method based on EWM-IAHP-RBF is proposed.In terms of the risk level of confined space operations,an equal distance sampling and K-means clustering algorithm are adopted for classification,and specific recommendations for improving confined space operations are given based on the evaluation results.The main work and achievements are as follows:1.By analyzing the research status of confined space operation risk assessment and risk management processes at home and abroad,this paper designs a confined space operation risk assessment system and applies the entropy weight method(EWM)and interval analytic hierarchy process(IAHP)to combine weighting of evaluation indicators.2.By comparing the training results of three neural networks,this paper selects the RBF neural network that best fits the confined space operation risk assessment method and further optimizes the specific parameters of the neural network to correct the confined space operation risk assessment method,ultimately forming a confined space operation risk assessment method based on EWM-IAHP-RBF.3.This paper exhaustively evaluates all possible scores and simplifies the sample by using equal distance sampling.Then,the K-means clustering algorithm is used to compare the size of the silhouette value,calculate the appropriate clustering range,and divide it into four risk levels.Finally,the clustering results are combined with the ALARP principle to propose a confined space operation grading and control principle.4.The confined space operation risk assessment system is designed and developed,which can simultaneously evaluate the risks of a large number of enterprises,automatically classify risks based on evaluation results,and generate confined space operation risk radar charts and regional and industry risk statistics for enterprises,simplifying evaluation and supervision for both enterprises and governments.Specific analyses are also carried out for individual enterprises and the overall situation in Heilongjiang Province using this system.
