Mineral Resources as part of the natural resources,is an important matter of the survival of human society,it is a comprehensive reflection of national strength.With the complication of the global economy,the economies of various regions are showing in stability.People are becoming more and more enthusiastic about industries such as financial securities,stock trading,and real estate.With the adjustment of national policies,the exhaustion of natural resources,the environment and conflicts of interest,and other issues have gradually become prominent,there has been insufficient attention to the operation and development of mining company,loose internal management of company,and imbalances in the asset structure.company development Also showing a bad posture.In Keshiketeng Banner,natural resources play a pivotal role in the local economic development and have a direct impact on the economic income of local residents.Working capital,as the liquid capital for daily operations of an company,is the most dynamic part of the overall corporate capital.The survival and development of an company is to a large extent,or even fundamentally,dependent on the operation of working capital.Research on corporate working capital is necessary.YL mining company is located in Keshiketeng Banner,Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia.It is located in an important metal metallogenic belt in northern my country.It is the largest iron-tin-based polymetallic symbiosis mine north of the Yangtze River in my country.However,due to the greater impact of today’s economy on the mining industry,the steel industry has overcapacity,overall profits have declined,and the market has shown a difficult situation of recession.The exploration and development of mineral resources are s till facing some contradictions and problems,which makes companies have a lot of work capital management.higher requirement.This article takes YL mining company as the research object,analyzes the related issues of working capital management efficiency by studying the relevant financial data of the company from 2015 to 2019,combined with the literature research method,field research method,and case study method.First,in the literature research method,learn and review the relevant basic theories and the latest theories of working capital management by domestic and foreign scholars,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for studying the efficiency of working capital management of YL mining company.Secondly,through on-site research methods,we have in-depth understanding of the status quo of related business activities of the company.Finally,through a case study method,an in-depth analysis of the indicators in the financial statements found that the working capital management efficiency of YL mini ng company is not high,the management methods are backward,the acquisition of market information is lagging,and the management lacks in-depth research on the concept of working capital management.In view of the problems in the channels,the internal reasons are analyzed,and it is necessary to strengthen the management of suppliers,optimize the working capital in the procurement activities,improve the level of production technology,production contact with market demand,management of accounts receivable,and establish a credit evaluation mechanism.Reasonable suggestions were put forward for the maintenance of sales channels.From the perspective of optimizing the management plan to control capital risks,research and design suitable operation management solutions for YL mining companies,and provide references and opinions for the management of working capital of similar companies.
