Research On Operating Capital Management Of MG Company Based On Channel Theory

As is known to all,the key point of any enterprise in financial management is the management of working capital.With the economic situation in the world changing constantly,the market competition is becoming more and more cruel,so the society has higher and higher requirements for the management of enterprise working capital.However,the application scope of traditional working capital management theory in practice is increasingly limited,which makes enterprises more helpless in the face of risks.At the same time,the enterprise operating funds management way is mostly adopted by the single index as a standard to evaluate and forecast in the past,which is not very good and enterprise combined closely with the various business processes.Therefore,this way has certain limitations.With the scholars further study and management for the management of working capital is more and more attention,people also are actively exploring more practical and efficient measures for the management of working capital.Therefore,the combination of channel management theory and working capital management theory broadens the management mode of enterprises and improves the efficiency of enterprises in working capital management.This paper takes MG company as an example to conduct relevant research.MG company is a chemical enterprise located in Shanghai,and the type is both supply and purchase production.The company is not a public company,but is well known in the region.The company has been in the working capital management to adopt the traditional way,with the economic development,it also in the continuous efforts to build working capital management model based on the theory of the channels,and the research of this paper is of profound significance for MG company.This paper,in the form of a special study,adopts the methods of literature research,statistical analysis and case study to study the working capital management of MG company.Paper discussed respectively from the following six parts: the first part is the introduction part,and this part mainly for the selected topic background and the selected topic significance,research methods and research content are detailed described;The second part of the paper involves the related concepts and theoretical basis,mainly on the concept of working capital and working capital management arediscussed in this paper,and also discusses the concept of the theory of supply chain management and channel management theory;The third part elaborates the basic situation and current situation of working capital management of MG company.It first analyzes the working capital structure and then analyzes the current situation of working capital management.The fourth part discusses the problems existing in MG’s working capital management and analyzes the specific reasons for the problems.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures for the operation fund management model of the channel theory of MG company from three aspects of purchasing channel,production channel and sales channel.The last part is the conclusion,which summarizes the whole paper and points out the main research contributions of this paper.It is hoped that through the analysis of this paper,the management level of working capital of MG company can be improved,and it is also hoped that this paper can provide some references for the management of working capital of China’s manufacturing industry.
