Research On Operation Activity Working Capital Management Of SG Company Based On Channel Perspective

Working capital is a key component of the total amount of enterprise capital.At the same time,because working capital involves the whole process of enterprise procurement,production and sales,working capital management plays a decisive role in enterprise operation,so the enterprise attaches great importance to working capital management and attaches importance to the improvement of working capital management efficiency.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of using working capital and accelerate the circulation of working capital is an important issue for all kinds of enterprises.This paper takes SG company as the object to study the working capital management of its business activities.This paper first defines the relevant concepts,compares the traditional working capital management and the working capital management based on the channel perspective,and determines to adopt the working capital management based on the channel perspective to study the working capital management of SG company.Based on the classification of working capital and the content and analysis tools of working capital management from the perspective of channel,and on the basis of referring to the research results of relevant scholars,the author puts forward the viewpoint that the theory of working capital management from the perspective of channel is only applicable to working capital management of business activities.Based on the theory of working capital management from the perspective of channels and the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper analyzes the current situation of working capital management of SG company’s business activities.Through horizontal and vertical comparison,problems in working capital management of SG company’s business activities were found out from the aspects of purchasing channels,production channels and marketing channels.Based on the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper analyzes the causes of working capital management problems in SG company’s business activities,and finds out the reasons in the aspects of win-win cooperation consciousness,purchasing behavior,production plan,channel relations,customer relationship construction and commercial credit policies.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the working capital management of SG company.
