Research On BJ Company Working Capital Management Based On Channel Theory

Working capital plays a very important role in financial management.It is the fastest and most powerful part of the capital composition of an enterprise.The development of an enterprise depends largely on the level of working capital management.The traditional method of working capital management analysis is less overall.It only focuses on quantitative research,but ignores the internal links between various economic activities of enterprises.Therefore,the analysis of the financial situation of the enterprise through the traditional financial indicators will result in the situation that the management of operating funds on the account is not in conformity with the actual situation.If we link the BJ's economic activities and analyze the financial indicators based on the channel theory,we can change the traditional sense of working capital.BJ company is a small and medium enterprise in the glass manufacturing industry,and it is in the development period soon.This article will take BJ company as the sample,use comparative analysis method and case analysis method to study its working capital management.First of all,summarize the management status of BJ company's working capital,and analyze the specific financial indicators with the traditional working capital management analysis method.Secondly,based on the channel theory,we divide the working capital into four channels,and discuss the working capital management from four aspects,namely,the working capital of the procurement channel,the working channel management of the production channel,the working capital management of the sales channel,and the working capital management of the financial channel.The problems in each channel are analyzed.Finally,combined with the results of the previous analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the operating capital management of BJ company.Based on the channel theory,this paper studies the working capital management of BJ company,and improves the pertinence of fund management,which is beneficial for BJ company to better manage its working capital.Meanwhile,using the working capital management method based on channel theory to analyze the financial status of enterprises can provide some reference for working capital management of glass manufacturing industry in the same industry.
