| The overhaul of petrochemical plant is an extremely complex system engineering,which includes checking and cleaning equipment,complete technical improvement projects,inspection and calibration pressure vessels,pipes,repair and replace rotating equipment etc.Complex overhaul activities include equipment procurement,resource use,staffing and so on.Grounded on the overhaul management of the overhaul of petrochemical hydrogen.,and after very careful investigation and study,this thesis solved the schedule problem appeared in the overhaul management.The working schedule was shortened.In order to make the activities in an orderly manner and the progress,we should make good use of the scientific project management theory and methods in the overhaul activities.As for the regulations of the petrochemical plant overhaul activities,in accordance with the project management objectives and requirements to determine the scope of the project,designing organizational structure,distributing tasks and responsibilities,making the list of items and WBS,estimating human and material resources for the preparation of the program to provide technical support.Based on the above content,developing the work process of overhaul and determining the schedule plan.Optimizing the critical progress of the work to get the best comprehensive progress schedule.Combing the factors affecting the progress of the schedule,we put forward the relative methods from the aspect of organization,technology,contract,economy and information management.Based on the schedule of the inspection,adjustment,control mechanism,we can dynamic manage and control the overhaul project plan.Finally,verifying the rationality and effectiveness of project management methods.On the one hand,it changes the traditional maintenance management approach and effectively reduce the costs;On the other hand,by controlling the critical work,the task can be completed efficiently and safely and the construction period is reasonably compressed.The management level of petrochemical plant overhaul project has significantly improved,it offered theory reference for similar equipment management. |
