High-risk nature of the coal mine industry makes enterprises'security issues paid more and more attention, the proposal of the idea of security culture enables the coal and mine enterprises to have more security strategies and methods in ensuring both production safety and staff safety. The level of the enterprises'security culture represents the safety quality and safety management level of enterprises'personnel, so analyzing and evaluating the actual level of safety culture of the coal mine enterprises is very important for the coal mine enterprises to determine the strategic target of security culture construction.The safety culture building of China's coal mine enterprises is still in its infancy, this dissertation, in order to propel the safety culture's development of the coal mine enterprises, promote the security culture construction of the coal mine enterprises and improve the safety management level of the coal mine enterprises, firstly defines the concept of culture, safety culture and security culture of the coal mine enterprises, carries on the elaboration to relevant issues on comprehensive evaluation of the coal mine enterprises'safety culture; Secondly, this dissertation, through analyzing and reorganizing the cases of the security culture construction of the advanced and typical enterprises at home and abroad, combining with the actual situation of the security culture construction of Yunjialing Coal Mine, using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, create a comprehensive safety culture evaluation index system and carries on comprehensive evaluation to by a combination of qualitative and quantitative method; Finally, the conclusion is given by evaluating, and several suggestions are proposed to Yunjialing Coal Mine's security culture construction in this dissertation.The Innovation of this dissertation is to introduce the enterprise safety culture evaluation model and index system in coal mining enterprises, the methods used can also be extended to other coal mining enterprises, and even safety culture evaluation in other industries and construction work, and has a certain practicality.
