Employee career management is an important method and realization path of human resource management,and it plays a pivotal role in the development of an enterprise.Through scientific and effective means to systematically and comprehensively manage employees' careers,the personal development of employees and the development of corporate organizations are fully integrated.If an enterprise wants to move forward steadily in the increasingly fierce market competition,it needs to think about how to fully tap the important resource of "people",stimulate and mobilize the initiative and creativity of employees,make the best use of their talents and achieve organizational goals.This article combines the current situation of the career management of the employees of the C company in China and the characteristics of the company,and expounds the organizational structure and employees of the C company in China.According to the characteristics of the career development being performed by the employees of the Chinese company of C company,the current situation of employees' career management is analyzed.It mainly adopts research interview method,case study method,and document retrieval method.Based on the three steps of "problem discovery-problem analysis-problem solving",the employees of C company Chinese company are used as the research objects to analyze the careers of C company Chinese company employees.The problems and crux of management: employees' career awareness is relatively weak,employees' sense of professional willingness is low,employees' career development path is single,employees' career development environment is not sufficient,and employee career assessment is unscientific.The reasons for the problems are analyzed: the career planning of employees is not clear enough,the career design of employees is not reasonable,the lack of scientific career management training,the lack of a "people-oriented" corporate culture,and the lack of matching between performance compensation and career development.Based on the actual situation of the enterprise and related theoretical foundations,a career optimization plan for the employees of the C company in China is proposed:classification and hierarchical design of strategically-oriented career planning,"multilevel parallel" expansion of career management paths,and optimization of professional training for team management System,build a corporate culture of "the same desire from top to bottom",and strengthen the employment orientation of "being up and down,fair competition".Employee career management allows employees to better understand their own career development status and development goals;companies can optimize and ensure the construction of the company's staff according to the actual situation,promote the development of the company's economic efficiency,and achieve both the career planning path of the employees and the development path of the company.Employee career management is a highly complex and systematic work involving a wide range of fields,requiring long-term practice and continuous adjustment.This paper proposes specific improvement measures based on the theory of employee career management and puts them into practice to provide reference for the career management of employees in foreign-funded enterprises.
