Safety Risk Identification And Early Warning Research Of Gas Station Project

Gas stations are an inevitable outcome of the development of national economy and transportation industry.With the rapid development of the national economy in recent years,the demand for gas stations is also increasing rapidly.As a special industry,gas station projects have the characteristics of complex construction process and high risk factor.There are many safety risks factors in the construction and operation stages of gas station projects.Moreover,once a safety incident of such a project occurs,it is easy to cause major economic losses and casualties.At present,China's research on safety risks of gas station projects has defects and deficiencies in both theory and practice.Therefore,strengthening research on safety risk identification and early warning of gas station projects is one of the effective measures to ensure the safety construction of gas station projects.Firstly,through the collection,sorting and classification of safety accidents of gas station projects in recent years,the regularity of these safety accidents in gas station project was analyzed from time dimension,location dimension,accident type dimension,etc.And the cause of safety risk of gas station project was analyzed by using accident cause theory.Secondly,the safety risk factors in construction and operation phases of gas station project were identified based on three methods which are normative text analysis,literature analysis and case analysis.10 safety risk factors of gas station project were finally determined,namely are equipment safety risk,personnel safety risk,lightning safety risk,static electricity safety risk,oil storage safety risk,leakage safety risk,poisoning safety risk,fire safety risk,high falling safety risks,vehicle injury safety risks.Furthermore,a safety risk early warning indicator system for gas station projects was constructed from two dimensions: organizational behavior and project physical objects.The indicator system includes six indicators which are safety management,site management,personnel early warning,equipment early warning,material early warning and environmental warning.A safety risk early warning model for gas station projects was constructed based on GM(1,1)grey prediction model.Finally,a case study of Tangkou Road Gas Station project in Hefei was carried out for applying the safety risk identification and early warning method proposed in this paper.At the same time,the application effect was analyzed,and the optimization suggestions for the early warning model were put forward.It can provide a good reference for safety risk management of gas station projects,and also can improve the level of safety risk management.This study provides practical and theoretical basis for gas stations construction in China.Figure[12 ?] table[20 ?] reference[64 ?]...
