Research On The Construction Of Early Warning Index System For Production Safety Risk Of Aerospace Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

Most of the scientific research and production of Aerospace Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises has the characteristics of high temperature,high pressure,high speed,low temperature,toxic,flammable and explosive,and many special equipment,etc.,so the safety technology and management are difficult and complicated.At present,both occupational health and safety management system and safety production standardization have been established.As most of the indicators are mainly composed of individual absolute indicators such as death toll,heavy casualties and direct economic losses,production safety risk early warning can hardly be implemented.So,establishing a risk early warning index system including human,machine,material,ring,management and other aspects fully and accurately reflect the enterprise production safety risk level and status based on the existing system which can promoting the safety management of production and prevent production safety accidents is now a major research direction in the science of production safety.Based on Hazard theory,Heinrich’s Law,risk early warning theory,by using field investigation,expert interview,questionnaire survey,literature analysis and analytic hierarchy process,etc.,a safety risk early warning index system aimed at space equipment manufacturing enterprise for the 7 major hazard or risk factors of manufacturing processes of mechanical and electrical equipment enterprise,such as casting,machine adding,heat meter treatment,sheet metal welding,physical and chemical testing was finally presented in this paper.The case shows that the established index system can effectively complete the early warning of the safety risk of space equipment manufacturing enterprises.
