Study On The Optimization Of Performance Management System Of X Concentrator

With the rapid development of the world economy,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.More and more enterprises are aware of the importance of human resource management.In the final analysis,the competition of enterprises is still the competition of talents.Enterprises begin to think about how to implement human resources management,continuously stimulate the subjective initiative of employees and tap the working potential of employees,so as to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.As the core content of human resource management,performance management can not only implement the strategic objectives of the enterprise at different levels,but also continuously improve the performance level of departments and employees in the process of management,and constantly promote the development of the enterprise,so that the enterprise can obtain competitive advantage.This paper studies the performance management system of X factory through the method of literature analysis,case study,interview and questionnaire,and optimizes the design for key issues.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background and significance,understands the current research status of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on performance management,and introduces the relevant concepts of performance management.Then,the existing performance management system of X Concentrator is studied and analyzed to find out the existing problems and analyze them.Then using the knowledge of performance management,aiming at the important problems existing in the concentrator,optimize the performance management of the concentrator from the aspects of performance plan,performance coaching communication,performance assessment implementation,performance results application,etc.Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the performance management of the concentrator.This paper aims to analyze the performance of X factory management system,combined with the actual enterprise to give the corresponding solutions and suggestions to optimize the performance of the plant management system to make it more objective,fair and scientific.Through the implementation of performance management,let the factory target in place,the factory staff to establish a clear work objectives,mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff,so that employees actively into the production work,in the continuous improvement of individual work performance at the same time,furtherpromote the completion of the factory production goals,promote the sustainable development of the factory.
