The reason why Hermes has been in the leading position of fashion luxury brands for a long time is that it adheres to the characteristics of not being acquired and operating independently,as well as the ultimate craftsmanship spirit pursued by Hermes.Hermes has the best designers and craftsmen and insists on using the best materials.Hermes' s advanced ready to wear women's clothing is fashionable,elegant and changeable.No matter the application of non color,single color,similar color or contrast color,even the matching of color,style and fabric complement each other,we are committed to making the design of Hermes ready to wear women's clothing to the extreme.While continuing the brand style and conveying the brand concept,it is also full of design ingenuity and clever use of popular colors to find a perfect balance between fashion and real wear.Since Nadge vanhee was appointed as the new director of women's wear design of Hermes in July 2014,the outstanding sales performance of ready to wear has been inseparable from Nadge vanhee's unique design concept.She takes innovation and eternity perfectly,and each season's clothing is full of expectations."For me,it's about bringing liberation and freedom to women,not reflecting their class."The subject focuses on the color rules of Hermes ready to wear women's clothing.This paper chooses Hermes' ready to wear women's clothing in spring and summer from 2015 to 2020 as the research object,and analyzes the color characteristics of its advanced ready to wear women's clothing.First of all,use the collected pictures of the show to collect and summarize the color,and analyze its color characteristics in all aspects.Secondly,analyze the color every year,and calculate the color proportion in hue,purity and lightness.Finally,through the comparative analysis of six years' data,the overall color characteristics and color trend of Hermes brand are obtained.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is about the background,significance,contents and methods of this study,as well as the difficulties and innovations.The second chapter is an overview of the development of brand color,including the basic characteristics of brand color and the development and evolution of related theories.The third chapter is the empirical analysis of color application,which collects and analyzes the color of the representative luxury brand Hermes women's ready to wear.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the color rules of Hermes brand.It is pointed out that the color trend of Hermes brand women's high-end ready-made clothing in spring and summer is bright and light.In addition to the colorless and brand mark color Hermes orange,yellow and red are the common colors of the brand.The fifth chapter is the application of design.The inspiration of Hermes color is applied to the style determination and color design of graduation design works.Through the research on the color of Hermes women's wear,this paper combs,summarizes,analyzes and summarizes the color characteristics of the brand in the past six years.It reveals the general rules and trends of color design of luxury clothing brands.
