Private enterprise is an important part of our economy from the beginning of its birth,which has a great impetus to the development of economy.With the continuous development of the economy,enterprises are more and more competitive in the process of operation.For private enterprises,it is not only necessary to seek corresponding changes from their own strength,but also to make use of the way of enhancing their own product market competitiveness to make enterprises have better development prospects,and also to make appropriate changes in internal control,so as to get more development space in the fierce market competition.But in the actual enterprise management,the management control of the private enterprise has always existed a lot Problems,in the developed countries their enterprises in the performance management has been moving towards modernization of the background,there are many problems in the performance management of private enterprises in China,which is the key to the development of private enterprises in the development of a modern workforce.In order to better study the development law of enterprises in our country under the current market background,this paper analyzes the specific execution mode and related effects of enterprises in the performance appraisal from the core theory of performance appraisal.And take SH group as the research object,deeply analyze the problems existing in the performance management of the company,and according to these problems,after collecting the relevant questionnaires and consulting the literature,put forward some specific ways to change the performance management of SH group to ask questions.These problems mainly focus on the performance goal setting uncertainty,lack of performance plan,performance appraisal is mostly negative incentive,etc.Aspects.These performance appraisal settings,in the SH group's internal management,it is difficult to play a corresponding role,to the staff work enthusiasm and the training of the internal environment has played a very negative impact.Therefore,this paper takes the outstanding six performance appraisals of the company as the primary research goal,carries on the performance appraisal quality enhancement plan design,analyzes the question from the implementation result,the implementation appraisal,the safeguard measure three aspects,uses the concrete trial implementation step to solve our country private enterprise in the management performance question,hoped this research result can give our country private enterprise Industry in the background of the new era,to the good management of human resources to bring a new development direction.
