At this stage,with the expansion of resource exploitation,the resource situation is severe,and the project construction cost is comprehensively improved,the investment scale of new coal mine projects is larger,facing the complex changes in the market environment,the environmental protection policy is becoming more stringent,and it is necessary to fulfill greater social responsibilities.Therefore,how to ensure that coal mining enterprises achieve maximum economic benefits under the premise of balancing benefits,society and environment is a crucial issue.To a certain extent,the systematic and scientific post-project evaluation can provide important decision-making basis and useful reference for the whole life cycle of coal enterprises.This thesis takes the XT coal mine construction project as an example to conduct post-project evaluation research.The project has been put into operation after 57 months of construction.Firstly,the evaluation indicators are selected from the four aspects of pre-project planning evaluation,project implementation evaluation,economic evaluation and project sustainability evaluation.Through the form of questionnaire survey,15 evaluation indicators are used to identify 15 evaluation indicators from the 17 evaluation indicators.Post-project evaluation indicator model.After the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the comprehensive weight of each index,and then combined with the extension theory,the classic domain matter elements and the local matter elements of the project success degree evaluation are established,and the coal mine project success evaluation model is constructed.Finally,through the XT data processing,it is concluded that the overall project construction is successful,and based on the evaluation results,the XT coal mine project is summarized,and corresponding management opinions are proposed for the existing project problems.Finally,the full text is synthesized,summarized and summarized.This thesis confirms that the post-evaluation model combined with AHP and extension theory is in line with the coal mine project,and can obtain the expected post-evaluation results.It is reasonable and operability,and provides reference for other coal mine construction projects.method.
