Study On Self-post-evaluation Of Product Oil Pipeline Construction Project

Pipeline transportation is characterized by safety,continuous transportation,large transportation volume,low cost and free from external factors,and has become the preferred transportation mode of oil and gas medium.As an important part of pipeline transportation,the product oil pipeline is in the stage of high-speed development.But not matched with the speed,the post-evaluation of product oil pipeline construction projects,especially the self-post-evaluation research,is relatively backward,and the self-post-evaluation method and evaluation index system are still not unified.In this thesis,the comprehensive evaluation was introduced into the self-post evaluation.The self-post-evaluation index system was constructed basing on the AHP,through theoretical analysis,literature analysis,modified and perfected by questionnaire survey.The detailed evaluation indexes of conformity rate types were selected for quantitative analysis.The qualitative indexes were scored by Five-point Likert Scale and the quantitative indexes were scored by reference to the principle of normalization.Through the comparison of AHP,Entropy Method and Weighted Average Method,the Weighted Average Method and Five-point Likert Scale were used to calculate the index weight,and the comprehensive evaluation score was calculated.Finally,the self-post-evaluation system is verified by a case,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation of the project,which can be used for self-post-evaluation of the product oil pipeline construction project.The research of this thesis can promote the development of self-post-evaluation of product oil pipeline construction project construction project and provide a new idea for further research on it.
