Research On Post Evaluation Of Product Oil Pipeline Construction Projects

In the recent years,China's refined oil pipeline ushered in the prime time of planning and construction development,but because of its huge construction demand,there are potential problems in the construction quality of refined oil pipeline,and there is a lack of normative post-project evaluation research.Therefore,the post-project evaluation of the oil pipeline project can be well analyzed and the unique benefits of the oil pipeline project can be brought into play.In this paper,literature analysis,case study and inductive comparison methods are used,and the research results of post-evaluation journal literature at home and abroad are used to analyze and study the post-evaluation of Jiangxi petroleum pipeline in the second phase of the project around the relevant management theory,the content of post-evaluation and the corresponding evaluation methods.First of all,the general situation of the second phase construction project of Jiangxi petroleum pipeline is analyzed,the present situation and its existing problems are described,and the necessity of post-evaluation of the project is analyzed.Secondly,this paper briefly introduces the decomposition and stratification method of the related index system of the post-evaluation of the project,constructs the steps of determining the index weight,and establishes the post-evaluation index system of the project.Thirdly,the characteristics of the project and the principles of post-project evaluation are further clarified,the post-project evaluation and calculation process are determined,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze and study the post-project evaluation by combining qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation.The research results of this paper make an objective evaluation of the construction process of the second phase project of Jiangxi Petroleum Pipeline,hoping to solve the management problems of other engineering construction projects of the company,and provide reference for the project management process.
