After the founding of New China,in order to support the national economic development and industrial production construction, the coal industry has risen rapidly.Especially during the socialist transition period of "one change and three changes",major industrial and mining enterprises have invested in the climax of production, construction and innovation. The academic perspective has thus turned to the research on the living conditions of coal workers and the transformation and development of industrial and mining enterprises, but another group of mining areas-women,are rarely mentioned. It is rare to put this group in the field of national production and family life to observe its social status changes. Therefore, this article tries to take Datong Mining Bureau,a typical industrial and mining enterprise as an example. To explore the development and changes of the social status of female groups in mining areas in the socialist industrialization transformation.Among them,it mainly manifests in the interaction and transformation of the status of productive labor, health security, family marriage, cultural and sports entertainment, etc.,which is truly reflected in the organic interaction of female subjective forces in national policies and family interests.Changes in social status during the struggle.During this period, women in the mining area mainly took the roles of "red, diligent, clever, and frugal".This article focuses on the production security status and family marriage and stylistic status as the main framework for detailed and specific discussions.Among them, the production and security status mainly includes the reasons, conditions and types of work for women to participate in the work, and the facts are discussed through various forms of labor competition. The status of labor security is mainly divided into basic medical security, maternity and childbirth protection, and childcare and childcare.Family marriage and stylistic status mainly reproduce the subjective active and passive acceptance process of women as the backing of the family through family life, marital status, spouse selection conditions, and stylistic entertainment life.In short, through the multi-dimensional analysis of women's production status, security status, family marriage status and cultural and recreational status in the mining area, the transformation of women's social status during this period was analyzed. It also demonstrates that in the development of socialist industrialization, women have made outstanding contributions in work and family, and even produced irreplaceable effects in many fields. This kind of research not only provides a realistic theoretical basis for improving the life index of miners and the construction and development of mining areas, but at the same time,it can be compared and developed with other mining areas from a female perspective to study the Datong Mineral Bureau, and further enrich the cultural history of the coal industry.
