To ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the construction industry,it is crucial to ensure the safety production of construction enterprises.According to statistics on safety accidents,the incidence rate of falling from heights ranks first among construction safety accidents,and unsafe behavior of construction workers is an important cause of construction safety accidents.Therefore,effective prevention and control of unsafe behavior of workers plays a crucial role in reducing the occurrence of safety accidents.It takes the unsafe behaviour of workers in the risk of falling from height in construction as the research object.Based on the behavior safety theory and accident causation theory,and using text mining,literature research and scenario analysis,analyzes the scenarios and causes of workers’ unsafe behavior,as well as with the help of modern information technology,with a view to reducing the unsafe behaviour of construction workers and improving the safety management level of construction sites.Firstly,by collecting reports on high-altitude falling accidents in construction from 31 provinces and cities in China,based on the analysis of the scenarios of workers’ unsafe behavior in high-altitude falling risk in construction,text mining method is used to extract feature words of two types of scenario elements of accident occurrence and unsafe behavior of workers from the accident investigation reports,forming a list of unsafe behavior of workers,and then using the improved LEC job condition hazard assessment method to form the behavior safety assessment method,conducting a hierarchical assessment of the danger level of various unsafe behaviors in the list of unsafe behavior of workers,and ultimately constructing a list library of unsafe behavior of workers.Secondly,utilizing text mining techniques in conjunction with literature review and expert consultations,identifies 23 factors causing unsafe behavior of workers through an analysis of accident investigation reports.Then,by using the co-occurrence analysis method to reveal the correlation between the factors causing workers’ unsafe behavior,the co-occurrence network diagram of the factors causing workers’ unsafe behavior is drawn.Further,the cooccurrence network analysis of the factors causing workers’ unsafe behavior is conducted,and 6 key influencing factors such as weak safety awareness and inadequate edge protection measures are extracted.Based on the analysis results of the causative factors,response strategies and suggestions for preventing and controlling workers’ unsafe behavior are proposed,laying a foundation for the prevention and control scheme of workers’ unsafe behavior.Thirdly,guided by the countermeasures and suggestions for preventing and controlling unsafe behavior of workers,based on the principles of integrity,multidimensionality,and applicability,the project will combine modern information technology such as IOT sensing technology and video monitoring technology to collect,monitor and analyse data on workers’unsafe behavior,and build a construction workers’ unsafe behavior prevention and control scheme for the risk of falling from height,ultimately achieving the application modules of workers’ unsafe behavior identification,real-time warning and graded intervention,timely control of workers’ unsafe behavior in high-altitude falling risk areas of construction sites,with a view to reducing the occurrence of high fall accidents.Finally,based on a certain engineering project,it preliminarily applies a prevention and control scheme for workers’ unsafe behavior and analyzes the effect of implementation.It provides a reference for reducing workers’ unsafe behavior and assisting in the prevention and control of falling accidents.
