With the continuous development of modern enterprises,talent has gradually become the focus of enterprise market competition,which plays an important role in the future growth and progress of enterprises.Unlike ordinary employees,the middle managers are mostly middle managers and core technical employees of the enterprise.From Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,the needs of middle managers are more advanced than that of ordinary employees.Therefore,thinking about the salary management of middle managers cannot only enhance the enthusiasm of middle managers,but also affect the work effect of middle managers.Therefore,the modern enterprise must carry on the scientific management to the middle management salary,To maximize the job satisfaction of middle managers,so as to form a talent attraction to middle managers.From the point of view of the enterprise,the enterprise must take a variety of effective measures,so as to be able to effectively encourage the work enthusiasm of the middle managers,and finally play the work potential of the middle managers to realize the sustainable development of the enterprise.XHD mining company as a large state-owned enterprise,middle-level managers play a vital role in the development of the enterprise.At present,the phenomenon of middle-level managers loss in the mining company investigated in this paper is more serious,which not only affects the normal development of the company’s daily work,but also restricts the company’s future sustainable development.Based on this analysis,this paper investigates and considers the salary management of middle managers in XHD mining company based on a large number of theories.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:XHD mining middle managers pay management The reasons are:lack of scientific human resource management system,imperfect salary system,imperfect assessment mechanism,lack of external regulation mechanism and lack of understanding of the willingness of middle managers.And the research of this paper puts forward that the optimal design of compensation management for middle managers in XHD mining industry needs to reform the compensation system of middle managers,carry out evaluation and post analysis,establish a scientific assessment mechanism and establish a long-term incentive Incentive mechanism,the traditional welfare policy adjustment,strengthen the proportion of non-material compensation objectives,and combined with the unity,economic,incentive,fairness and competitive principles to achieve compensation management optimization. |
