With the rapid development of the global economy,the economic contacts and exchanges among various economies are increasingly close.Enterprises are faced with a variety of development opportunities but also a lot of challenges,its market development environment is increasingly complex,the competition situation is increasingly fierce.Faced with this situation,in order to effectively maintain the market competitiveness of enterprises,enterprises must strengthen the internal organization management and adjust their own development strategy.While realizing its own transformation,enterprises should also strengthen the transformation of management institutions such as human resource construction and organizational structure.Compensation management is the most core and complex part of human resource management in enterprises.It is directly related to the vital interests of employees,the stability and loyalty of employees,and the economic benefits of enterprises.If a company wants to have a high degree of work positivity and good operational stability,it must establish an efficient compensation system,which can help the enterprise to improve economic efficiency and management effect at the same time.Based on this background,Company C effectively discusses the optimization design of Company C’s compensation system by taking the company’s compensation system and employee satisfaction degree as the entry point.Since the establishment of Company C,the company’s management has been committed to optimizing and improving the enterprise’s compensation system,and has achieved certain results.However,the company’s current salary system still has some defects.From the perspective of Company C’s long-term development,effective measures should be taken from multiple aspects to optimize Company C’s salary system and improve its market competitiveness.This paper takes the optimization design of compensation system of Company C as the research focus,adopts the questionnaire survey method and case analysis method,takes Company C as the case analysis object,and makes a detailed analysis of the current compensation situation of Company C after referring to the relevant theories of compensation system.Mainly from the position salary difference,salary level,salary structure and other aspects,discusses the Company C in the salary system of the deficiency and defects,such as,different positions pay difference is small,incentive is not enough,can not mobilize the enthusiasm of employees;Compared with the same industry,the overall wage level is relatively low,and the company lacks external competitiveness.It can neither attract external excellent talents nor retain internal excellent employees.Salary structure is unreasonable,cannot have specific aim extend reward to wait a moment.The above problems seriously hinder the improvement of Company C’s market competitiveness and the realization of economic benefits,as well as the long-term sustainable and stable development of Company C.On this basis,the reasons for unreasonable compensation system in Company C are obtained.Then,the optimization design scheme of Company C’s compensation system is proposed,focusing on the diversification of compensation modes and the weight of each dimension.Finally,the paper analyzes the effect of the optimized compensation system and the specific safeguard measures for the optimized effect The results show that this optimization design can achieve the scientific and reasonable salary system of Company C to a greater extent,improve the stability and enthusiasm of enterprise staff,enhance the economic benefits and market competitiveness of Company C,and promote the sustainable development of Company C.
