In recent years,as the economic globalization develops as well as the competition to seize more resources,information and core values between companies is becoming increasingly fierce,especially the competition for talented people.Talent is the foundation of creating the company’s value and the most important part of strength for the company.Precise and efficient salary system is one of the most necessary parts in the growth of the company,a perfect salary system can motivate employees to work hard to achieve the company’s goals,stimulate employee creativity,retain talents to ensure the healthy and smooth development of the company.SDHD company is a stainless steel manufacturing as the main industry of the company,falls within the traditional manufacturing industry,this thesis regards the wage system of SDHD employees as the research target,building on the subsistent salary system optimization.To begin with,the findings of this research relevant remuneration theory both in the domestic and overseas are basically summed up and analyzed through relevant theoretical knowledge of remuneration.Secondly,connected with the real condition of the firm,using further field visit and inquiry,the relevant questionnaire to the firm’s employees,interviews with some management and workshop employees of the company,etc.,a comprehensive study of the salary system of SDHD Company is carried out,and combined with the information from the enterprise staff salary satisfaction research as well as interview,clearly,the current salary system of the enterprise isn’t so perfect,such as lacking of strategic thinking in wage and treatment difference,short of external competition and internal equity aiming at the salary level,and inefficient wage stimulation.Related with the assay of the subsistent staff salary system of the company,the use of scientific job analysis and evaluation methods,from the basic salary design optimization,post salary design,performance salary design,reward salary,welfare compensation design as well as additional sides,we make full use of employee wage system to optimize the system of SDHD Company,in order to bring it into correspondence with a more beneficial environment of the manufacturing enterprises.Finally,we are supposed to propose relevant support measures to deal with the coming troubles when carrying out the optimized wage system.Besides,related conclusions are drawn.Through the research and analysis of the employee compensation system in SDHD Company,the development of manufacturing business is strongly associated with the individual benefits of employees,and it is improved to raise the efficiency of manpower resource distribution,in order to form a scientific and efficient compensation system which can improve the competitive power of the company,as well as the incentive effect,perfect the unreasonable salary structure,the short of competitiveness of the salary level and other problems.It also provides reference for similar manufacturing enterprises to establish a competitive salary system to a certain extent in order that they can improve their competitiveness of business in the local market and maximize the benefits of companies.
