Comparative Study On Art Of Sino-french Clothing Fringe In Late Qing Dynasty

Late Qing Dynasty was the great achievement aggregating period of the Chinese traditional crown clothing system and the form of expression.Since the Zhou Dynasty,all the clothing,the official clothing,and the decorative arts have been completed during this period.The Late Qing Dynasty clothing represents the oriental luxury clothing and decorative style,which is the integration and performance of Chinese national culture.At the same time,France,a typical representative of western clothing,appeared the coexistence of classicism and common aristocratic clothing styles before the revolution.The art of fashion fringes has reached unprecedented luxury,which coincides with the style of French fashion fringes in the same period.In this paper,the art design of Sino-French clothing fringe in the Late Qing dynasty is taken as the research object,and the further research and comparison of the art of east-west clothing fringe in this period is conducted by means of collecting literature & books,visiting,communicating and observing.Although the same or similar design elements appear on the appearance of the east-west clothing in a certain period of time,the reasons for resonance in different backgrounds of the same era are different.This is to find out the law through deep comparison so as to serve today's design.The paper consists of five parts.The first chapter introduces the research background,purpose,significance,current situation,content and methods.The second chapter makes a comparative study of the characteristics of Sino-French clothing edges,which is divided into patterns,colors,techniques and materials.The third chapter,combined with social background,economy and culture,makes a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between Chinese and French garments.The fourth chapter,through the comparative study of Chinese and French garment ornaments,explores the application of the research results,boldly carries out garment design practice,uses the principle of making the past serve the present and creative thinking,adopts case analysis method,and finds a new direction for future garment local design.The last part is the conclusion of this chapter.
