Research On Schedule Management Of C Type Closed Material Yard Reconstruction Project In Baosteel

With the increasing awareness of environmental protection in the society,the environmental burden caused by the production of iron and steel enterprises has increasingly attracted the attention of all sectors of the society.In particular,since the promulgation and implementation of the new environmental protection law,national laws have become more and more demanding for corporate environmental protection.The existing environmental protection measures have been difficult to meet the relevant requirements.Since 2010,Baosteel has started a new round of environmental protection upgrading planning for raw material yards.It plans to close all the material yards and build a new type of stockyard such as a silo and a C-type closed material yard.The C-type closed material yard reconstruction project is a new type of stockyard introduced by Baosteel to renovate raw materials,which has great help in improving the raw material storage capacity,reducing the impact of the stockyard on the environment,and realizing the smart operation of the stockyard.It is the key project of the reconstruction of the whole material yard.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,the project schedule management needs to be studied.This article based on the project schedule management theory,combined with the actual situation of the C type closed material yard reconstruction project,through the key research and discussion of the project schedule and control,detailed decomposition of the project task,optimized the key path to meet the actual period Demand,and take effective measures in the project organization and management and control,to ensure the successful completion of the project.This article focuses on the following three aspects:(1)Using the methods of project management tools such as hierarchical decomposition method and work breakdown structure chart(WBS),determine the content of the C-type closed material yard reconstruction project and decompose the project task.(2)Using network tools,Gantt charts,and other project tools to compile the schedule of the C-type closed stockyard reconstruction project,and optimize the project schedule through the coordination of resources within the system and optimize the project task convergence.Project transformation meets the requirements of progress.(3)Establish dynamic monitoring of project progress,formulate safeguard measures for project progress,analyze project schedule deviations,and propose plans for project rush-out and project schedule adjustment.Through the research of this thesis,while ensuring the completion of the progress target of the Baosteel C-type closed material yard reconstruction project,the project schedule optimization ideas and project schedule control methods have strong pertinence and practicality.It provides a useful reference for other similar reconstruction projects.
