| In recent years,accidents of environmental protection and production safety caused by leakage of underground oil storage tanks have occurred frequently in gas stations.Therefore,it is an urgent project to reform the anti-leakage of the oil storage tank in the gas station.In the actual construction project,the progress control is the key link which guarantees the project to carry on smoothly.Through the progress control,we can find all kinds of problems in the actual construction project,correct the deviation in time,and also can effectively shorten the construction period,save costs and make full use of resources.However,there are many factors that affect the progress of the project,and there are some problems in the process of construction,so it is necessary to study the progress control of construction project.In this paper,the research background,the purpose and the significance of the thesis are described,the research status at home and abroad is summarized,and the research contents and methods are determined Secondly,it summarizes the basic theory related to the project schedule management;thirdly,it introduces the general situation of the anti-leakage reconstruction project and the implementation of the project schedule control,then,it analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the progress control of the project,and on this basis,the improvement measures of the project schedule control of the gas station anti-seepage renovation are put forward.It is expected that the research results can be used for reference in the progress control of the follow-up gas station anti-seepage renovation project. |
