Schedule management is the core content of project management,and it is one of the three important management targets what are project cost,project schedule and project quality management.Effective use of project management theory in the process of engineering construction can guarantee the scientific implementation of construction schedule,making a successful project,and ensuring project completed on schedule.This paper is about the schedule management application of the No.3 heating furnace renovation project of company B.Based on the project management model of company B,combining with the limited period,narrow site and the complex construction process of this project,this paper studies how to establish the most suitable project schedule according to the modern project management theory and project schedule management theory.The paper also researches on how to use the theory,method and technology of process management to establish and adjust the project schedule planning This applications give full play to the effect of the project progress management to save time and resources.This paper,using with the survey method,literature method,analysis method,according to the project characteristic analysis of the key factors that affect the project schedule,puts forward the corresponding control measures,establishes the project schedule management system.The main content of this study are as follows:(1)By analyzing the characteristics and difficulties of the No.3 heating furnace renovation project,this article lists the project work breakdown structure,confirms the logical relationship of the main workshop,estimats activity time,draws the network diagram and determine the critical path,finally makes a scientific and reasonable schedule.(2)Project schedule optimization.Through some network planning optimization methods,combining with the actual situation of this project,cost optimization method is used to optimize the project schedule.(3)In the process of project,we developed some measures of project schedule management according to the features of this project.By regularly checking and feedback mechanism,we can correct the deviation in time,realize the active and dynamic control of the project to avoid the risk of over due.Based on the theory and method of project schedule management,the Network planning technique,optimization method of cost and schedule control adjustment method are applied in the concrete practice of the renovation project,which provides a concept for improving the project schedule and practical application. |
