Research On Progress Schedule And Control For Renovation Project Of 3^rd Conticaster In XX Factory

Project schedule management is one of the most important contents in the field of project management.According to the progress objectives of the project,project schedule management can prepare economic and reasonable progress plan,and check the implementation of the project schedule;it can also compare the deviation between actual progress and planned progress.Take measures to ensure that the project will be implemented in accordance with the original schedule,and achieve the scheduled target on time and within budget.In this thesis,we study the problem of large investment,complex construction and time limit for 3rd conticaster in XX Factory.We also study the progress management of renovation project by using the basic theory and case study of modern project management.To make deep research and analysis to the renovation project of 3rd conticaster,and further to identify the key factors which affect project progress.On this basis,detailed project schedule can be drew up,rhythmic,balanced and continuous construction can be performed according to planning organization.During the project implementation process,there is timely and accurate control of the actual project progress,dynamic control and optimization to the construction plans,and a reasonable allocation of resources to address various specific issues arising in the course to achieve the purpose of effective progress control,lower construction costs and high quality construction.The results of this thesis mainly include the following aspects:(1)During the transformation of renovation project and considering comprehensive relationship among all work,we prepare the renovation project of 3rd conticaster in XX factory to find the key path of this project.(2)The time to control the key path of the project,the integration of resources,the project’s schedule control.(3)According to the actual data collected in the progress plan,the adjustment principle and the method and procedure of the correction method and step of the progress plan are controlled.The research will promote the further development of renovation project to improve the operation efficiency of enterprise equipment,ensure the provision of support for the normal production.
