With the continuous development of state-owned enterprises,the stability of employee welfare has become the main feature of state-owned enterprises,which also guarantees the salary of employees,and workers flock to state-owned enterprises.however,there are also a series of problems.Due to the fact that staff are paid dead wages,there will not be layoffs,which leads to the lack of crisis and wrong understanding of welfare.As the boundary of welfare and salary in state-owned enterprises is not clear,employees do not know the value of welfare,and the incentive effect of welfare on employees is weakened.For enterprises,they do not consider the benefits brought by employees and their own abilities,resulting in low efficiency.Too many benefits will increase the cost of business.how to change the welfare status,increase the welfare of employees and reduce the cost of enterprise operation is the problem that needs to be solved.According to the research theme and related content,this paper takes h company,a subsidiary of state-owned petroleum corporation of China,as an example,and analyzes the current situation of employee welfare from the aspects of h company’s management structure,history and operation status,h company’s current salary system and assessment system,h company’s employee welfare profile and employee welfare demand.By analyzing the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the employee welfare system of h company,relevant conclusions are drawn.This paper puts forward relevant Suggestions on the reform and development of h company’s employee welfare from the aspects of employee welfare planning,strengthening the welfare management system,improving employees’ cognition and establishing a flexible welfare system.And try to establish a flexible welfare system to help analyze the relevant planning opinions of h company’s welfare design.This article mainly through the human capital theory,the iceberg theory and the three needs theory as the theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the advantages and related problems of employee welfare in China’s state-owned enterprises by taking h company,a subsidiary of CNPC,as an example.This paper puts forward the importance of improving and reforming employee welfare to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and puts forward some feasible countermeasures to solve the problem of employee welfare in state-owned enterprises.It is hoped that this paper can pay more attention to and think about the employee welfare reform of h companyaffiliated to CNPC and even state-owned enterprises,and provide some ideas and references for deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises in terms of employee welfare.
