The main shaft lifting is the main part of the mine lifting.As the outlet of raw coal,it is equivalent to the throat of the whole coal mine and plays an important role in the production process.In this thesis,aiming at the problems of insufficient safety precautions and low level of automation in the process of loading,unloading and lifting of raw coal,a set of main shaft lifting signal and automatic loading and unloading control system has been designed.This system can be divided into two parts:signal system and automatic loading system,and adopts the form of operation console.The signal operation console is located in the unloading station at the upper wellhead,which is equipped with a programmable logic controller.It is connected with the electric control system of the winch by passive nodes and is mainly responsible for sending the correct start and stop commands to the electric control system.The operation console of underground loading chamber is equipped with a control board with STC15W4K32S4 single chip microcomputer as the core,which makes reasonable coordination and control for the whole loading process of raw coal from the coal bunker into the skip.Signal communication board is installed inside the two operation consoles for real-time communication of operation information on the well and underground.RS-485 communication mode is adopted between the communication boards.After exchange,various operation states are synchronously displayed in the upper and lower display screens for operators to know.The display screen can also display and record the dotting conditions of the upper and lower wellheads.In order to further improve the reliability of loading,a quantitative weighing system is also added in this design to detect the coal quantity state in the quantitative hopper,which can provide full load and overload contacts for the control board during the loading process,so as to effectively prevent the skip from being overweight and other extreme conditions.The host computer is installed in the well electric control garage,which is responsible for providing the operating status of the system to the staff timely and accurately,and also includes the remote start and stop control functions of the equipment.The two systems are equipped with automatic,manual and maintenance modes to meet different site requirements.In the automatic mode,the equipment can maintain the correct operation of the whole loading,unloading and lifting process.The lifting signal system,automatic loading system and quantitative weighing system has been combined reasonably according to the actual operation logic in this design,and has strict locking relationship,which meets the requirements of coal mine safety regulations,overcomes the sealing and limitations of other equipment in use,thus greatly reducing the labor intensity,improving the level of coal mine safety production,and has great reality application value.
