In this paper,the main ore-pass in the unstable surrounding rock of the mine is taken as the research object.The impact wear and tear of the ore-pass wall and the collapse reinforcement are taken as the research background.The influence of engineering geological conditions is investigated and analyzed.The similar experience of the collapse control of similar mine ore-pass is analyzed,and the limitations of common support methods are analyzed.Based on the basic principles of putting prevention first and combining prevention and treatment,and the design concept of softness and rigidity,propose a new type of main ore-pass tensile lining structure that can withstand the impact load of internal ore;design and manufacture the internal force loading test device based on the characteristics of indoor test model loading;the concept of grouting reinforcement of surrounding rock in plastic area is put forward and the support design of the unstable surrounding rock slide is systematically studied.The tensile reinforced concrete lining structure of the main ore-pass is composed of a plurality of arc-shaped reinforced concrete structure lining units and I-shaped steel joints fixed at both ends of the lining unit.A corrugated pipe is set on the main reinforcement of the reinforcement cage inside the lining unit to make it a main tensile member,reducing the transmission of the tensile force to the concrete;the end of the reinforcement cage is welded with I-beam to form the connecting member;the grouting hole reserved for the lining unit can be realized grouting behind the wall.The design of the new tensile lining structure changes the stress state of the traditional lining,so that the lining concrete and the steel bar are separated from each other,giving full play to the compressive performance of the concrete and the steel bar.,Give full play to the compressive performance of the lining unit concrete.The grouting holes reserved in the lining unit can realize grouting behind the wall,and even reinforce the loose surrounding rock grouting in the plastic area of the surrounding rock,so that the lining and surrounding rock are integrated and carried together,effectively increasing the equivalent thickness of the lining,improving the waterproofing conditions of the lining,Loosen the surrounding rock behind the stable wall.In addition,the construction of the tensile lining structure is convenient and can be cast-in-place or prefabricated.Through analysis of the internal force of the lining and calculation of the structure,three different limit states of the bearing capacity of the lining were obtained,and the limit bearing state of the lining was analyzed and compared in pairs.The radial internal loading device of the lining was designed and manufactured.Check and calculate the structural bearing capacity of the loading device to prove that the loading device meets the requirements of the test load;design and make a comparative test lining model,calculate the equivalent static load and design the loading magnitude,and arrange the test measurement system.Before the test,the uniaxial compressive strength of the test block was determined to meet the test requirements,and the data was recorded during loading to obtain the changes in strain,radial displacement,crack development,and sound velocity of the concrete.The comparative analysis results show that the tensile stress of the main lining of the tensile lining increases,and the internal tensile stress of the concrete decreases,which is obviously different from the stress state of the traditional lining.The test model and loading conditions are modeled and numerical simulation studies are performed,and the model is comprehensively analyzed.The calculation results of radial displacement,concrete strain,and axial force of steel bars during loading show that the tensile state of the tensile lining is better than that of the traditional lining.The numerical calculation results are compared with the experimental data,and the difference ratio is within a reasonable range.
