Ag Axle Assembly Improvement Based On Lean Production

With the development of economic globalization,the competition of manufacturing industries go much more intensely.The demand of the current market can't be satisfied only via new technic or optimization of the marketing skills to improve the advantage of the products.More and more Enterprises focus on better internal operation process management and have the resource cost tightly under control,to raise up the competitiveness.During the internal operation process,in order to achieve the company value,the lean production theory and tooling is a necessary to make the continuous improvement happen.This article introduce the origin of the lean production model and lean production theory with tooling.Based on the lean production theory and approach to do the analysis for agriculture axle assembly process,through the VSM approach to do the analysis on the value chain for agriculture axle assembly,figure out the existing issue station and process,aims at getting into the primary analysis.Using the ECRS to do the step-by-step analysis and improvement.Later,by upgrading the partial layout for this production system to optimize the logistic routing,lead to up the logistic efficiency of WIP and materials.Via theory of constraints(TOC)to eliminate the shortage situation for main reducing gears station.Through the compare of the before and after,At manufacturing process optimization,the production takt time reduction,the logistic routing optimization,the sequence from pre assembly to final assembly up-grading,the turning takt time speed up,operators working enthusiasm motivation.But how to up-grade the old machine and better the employee management,still need the continuously explore,develop and improve.
