Spinning with colored fiber has lots of benefits.On one hand,the products would be consisted of the colored fiber or different fiber,which would meet the customers’ requirements.The products have much addictive value.The strength of cotton fiber would be damaged strongly after the traditional alkali scouring.The wet strength of viscose fiber is only 50% of the dry strength.The requirement of strength is high for spinning.So the damage to fiber should be reduced as much as possible during the process of dyeing.According this point,this paper studied the short process for pretreatment and dyeing on cotton fiber and low-temperature for dyeing and washing process on viscose on the basic of saving energy and environmental protection,then evaluating the effect.At the same time,how to improve the fixation and pretreatment and how to improve the efficiency of washing process by doing further research.Firstly,pretreatment and dyeing of raw cotton with cold pad-batch was studied.The additive M-1 was applied to the process.Based on the single factor experiments,the best application process for three reactive dyes was obtained by comparing the dyeing results.The factors were concentration of dyes,election of alkali agent and its dosage,batching time.After the process,the wettability of fiber has not been significantly improved,but dyeing effect was the same as the pretreatment fiber,the damage to fiber was greatly reduced comparing to the fiber with pretreatment.And this cold pad-batching will save water and energy and be environmental friendly.After the process in the first part,cotton fiber wettability has not been significantly improved.Then the second part studied the enzymic pretreatment and dyeing in one-bath,the dyeing effect and pectin removal was tested,the optimum conditions of the first process(dyeing process)for three dyes were obtained.The wax cover the surface was partly removed.Compared with the conventional dyeing fiber after alkali scouring,color difference is small,K/S value is little lower,color fastness is also very good,the damage to fiber is apparently reduced.At the same time,the exhaustion curve of three kinds of dyes were measured.After analyzing the line,we learned that the dying process and enzyme hydrolyzing impurities cover the surface of the fiber were interactive,which was depended on the Structure of dye molecules and the affinity of dyes to fibers.Moreover,existence of the water and mechanical agitation had a certain effect on the removal of pectin under the certain temperature and time.The last part of the paper,firstly,viscose fiber was dyed with three kinds of reactive dyes by cold pad-batch process.The factors including the concentration of the dyes,selection of alkali agent and its dosage,batching time were analyzed by the single factor experiments.The K/S values and fixation of the viscose were tested.After dyeing,the properties of polyquaternium-7 was studied.There is interaction on the dye molecules.It has surface activity and can prevent staining color on the fiber again.These qualities would be improved combining with non-ionic surfactant.Polyquaternium-7 was applied to the washing after dyeing,The optimum condition of the soaping by the three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment: the temperature is 60 ℃,the concentration is 0.5g/L,the time is 15 min.A certain promotion of soaping effect is better with the non-ionic surfactant AEO-9 and TX-10.The washing effect is as well as the conventional soaping,the weight loss was reduced.Energy saving and emission reduction was achieved with the lowtemperature soaping.
