Application Research Of Mega Mill Whole Shift Installation Based On BIM Technology

Due to the rapid development in recent years,China’s steel-making industry has entered the overcapacity situation,smelting project gradually from the transition to the new project to technical renovation project stage.The construction general contract project of smelting reform project management is more difficult than that of the new project.Assist in general contracting of construction project management by using BIM technology,can effectively promote the project integration management,shorten the duration of the project,reduce project cost and improve the economic benefits of the project.In this paper,with the initiation of 1800 mm Steckel mill technical renovation project as an example,combined with the characteristics of technical renovation project,described in detail in the process of project construction,the existing technical conditions by using BIM technical assistance project scope management,project time management,project integrated management based on.Using BIM technology the construction technology scheme design,construction technical plan optimization can effectively,provide a good basis for the project scope management,project time management,project integration management.Assist the project scope management by using BIM technology,can make the project scope,project construction entity construction technical measures become clear,vivid and accurate.Assist project integrated management by using BIM technology,can be in the process of implementation of effective project to enhance the communication efficiency,reduce the time cost of communication.Using BIM technology,especially the project time management of Project software with Microsoft,effective allocation of construction resources to achieve the project implementation process,to ensure the realization of the goal of the project time management.The integrated use of the above method can greatly improve the economic benefits of the project stakeholders.This research has certain reference significance for the project management of industrial production line technological renovation project.
