| By the development of modern enterprises, the projects become more and morecomplex. Especially as to the combined metallurgical equipment supply project which haslong project duration and many interfaces, one-step-delay might cause the whole projectschedule change. So we should improve the precision and stability of project schedulemanagement. The traditional network planning has some problems, such as the projectactivity duration was overestimated but rarely completed ahead of schedule; theopportunities of finishing some activities ahead are not taken; the project is delayed due topath incorporation and/or resources combination, etc. All of these do not match the high-competed market requirement.This paper describes the basic theory of TOC&CCPM, behavior foundation andbuffer mechanism etc., in the aspect of buffer set-up, after introducing the traditionalmethods of50%estimation, root variance method, queuing theory method etc., thenprovide a newɑ, coefficient calculation method. Combined with the shortcomings of thecurrent project scheduling management of FD company, apply CCPM to solve the practicalproblem. Based on resource constraint, by using ɑ, coefficient calculation model, set upproject buffer on the critical chain, and set up feeding buffer on the non-critical chain, allthese is to ensure the smooth completion of tasks on critical chain, to improve therationality of the plan for progress and executable degreeAll in all, this thesis is to apply the critical chain project management methodology inthe perspective of controllable project progress planning, to provide the relative solutionafter analyzing the current main problems of FD company mill project, the goal is toimprove the management system of project scheduling, to shorten the project time, finallyto enhance the company competitive power. |
