| As a practical management technique, project management has been widely used and infiltrated to all business part of enterprise. As a joint venture of Baosteel, Nippon Steel’s Automotive Sheet Company is also paying much attention to the technical innovation project. By now Large sum of energy and funds has been invested into the upgrading of the skinpass mill of CGL to improve the quality of car galvanized steel sheet product.This paper mainly focus on the following search areas during the execute procedure of the technical innovation project.(1) Firstly this paper research on the combination of original process and method of technical innovation project in Baosteel.Researching on how to establish a reasonable and effective organization during the initial period of project to ensure the achievement of project objectives.(2)In the execute procedure of technical innovation project, this paper research on how to divide the project during the detail period of plan-making, technical negotiation, design communication, equipment purchasing and executing preparation. The main target of our research is for better collaboration according to original plan, ensuring project quality, control project cost during the technical innovation so that the total amount not to exceed the estimates.(3)During the execute management period, we research on the work division of execute procedure which is the final stage of the technical innovation project. The detail work including the project progress control, project time schedule and how to ensure that the construction process can be applied to the project management requirements.In the last part of this paper, we make a brief conclusion of our research results and discuss the prospect and vision of its application to company’s other technical innovation project and related management aspect. |
