The Development Strategy Of Fujian Anxi Organic Tie Guanyin Tea

Tie Guanyin,with a long history in Fujian as a famous tea due to its taste of mellow,fresh and sweet.Besides,it has healthy function to the human beings and is one of the most important agricultural advantage products in Anxi.First,the production and developmental environment of organic Tie Guanyin Tea were analyzed and evaluated,and the status of the production and development of organic Tie Guanyin Tea were comprehensively mastered in these paper.To supply a reference about formulating the development strategies of organic Tie Guanyin Tea.The conclusions of the research as following:(1)Nine organic Tie Guanyin tea plantation and seven water inlet in Anxi were chosen to monitor and analyze thier soil quality and irrigation water quality,respectively.The results showed that the quality of soil and irrigation water of the monitoring points reached to grade A,were not polluted.The results reflect the district of Anxi has good natural ecological environment,which is beneficial for the development of organic Tie Guanyin tea industry.(2)Analyzing the development environment of organic Tie Guanyin Tea in Anxi,there are coexist advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challeges for developing the organic tea industrial in Anxi.Advantages:Anxi has unique natural environment,a long development history,rich scientific and technological resource,dense tea culuture atmosphere as well as strong supports from government.Disadvantages:the lack of leading enterprises and famous brands,insufficient industry development power,confused market,and the key technology of organic Tie Guanyin Tea is not mature enough.The market demand of organic tea is great,and the development of electronic commerce expands the tea market,that can bring the great opportunity for the industry.The green barrier of international trade and domestic and overseas tea products also bring various challenges for the developments.(3)The processing and production strategy of Anxi organic Tie Guanyin tea as follows:Establishing a set of cultivation technology system of Anxi organic Tie Guanyin tea;Establishing a good processing technology standard and the HACCP processing system of Anxi organic Tie Guanyin tea.(4)The market development strategy of Anxi organic Tie Guanyin tea is:Increasing the advertisement of Anxi organic Tie Guanyin tea;Strengthening the construction of ecological tea garden;Strengthening the science and technology support to improve the quality of organic Tie Guanyin tea products;Fostering leading enterprises,and creating famous brand of organic Tie Guanyin tea;Strength the support from government to raise the enthusiasm of farmers and enterprises;Strengthening the certification management and market supervision of organic Tieguanyin tea.(5)The verification results of the production and processing technology of Anxi Taoyuan County Organic Tea Limited Company,show the soil,irrigation water and environmental air quality of this company all meet the production requirement of organic tea.Moreover,the development strategy and the management system of this enterprise could provide model for the development of Anxi organic Tie Guanyin tea.
