In recent years,with raising awareness of the importance of environmental protection,the government departments and industrial enterprises are putting more and more effort on pollution control.With this opportunity,the cleaner production advisory services industry with pollution sources control gets rapid development.However,due to lack of good planning for the future development from consulting service agency,many of enterprises are facing difficulties in the increasing competitive market.The thesis firstly describes the problems of Dalian BX company faced in the development of year 2015.It briefly introduces the basic situation and industry involved of the company.It also describes the current situation of company.Due to the lack of positive future strategic plan,Company met the predicament caused by abrupt price competition of competitors and an against "notice" to industry from the Environmental Protection Agency.Company hopes to get out of the woods by stepping into new product area.Then the thesis analyzes the internal and external environment by the tools of Michael Porter's Five Forces Model and internal value chain.And comparing the external threats with self-advantages of company by using SWOT analysis,it puts forward a suitable development strategy for company.Finally,combining the current situation with analysis of enterprises,the thesis figures out two stages for future development,which are strategic defense and strategic development.After determining the strategic objectives,the thesis also brings out strategic plan,organization structure,and resource allocation to ensure effective implementation of the development strategy.Meanwhile,it also figures out appropriate safeguards actions to clear the potential obstacles in future development.
